A11oy28-Corrosion-resistant alloy with high chromium, high molybdenum, copper and elements.
It is the grade with the highest nickel content in stainless steel. Because the Ni content is >30%, it is sometimes included in the iron-nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloy. In addition to nickel, this steel has a high Cr content and contains 3%~4% Mo and about 1.0% Cu. Therefore, it has excellent overall corrosion resistance in many strongly reducing corrosion environments, and in some oxidizing, oxidation-reduction composite, halogen-containing media, it is resistant to both overall corrosion and local corrosion. In addition, this steel has an austenitic structure, and its strength, plasticity and toughness are excellent.
A11oy28 is a steel grade with excellent comprehensive performance matching. It has excellent ability to prevent reducing or oxidizing acids, stress corrosion cracking, and corrosion caused by the use environment, such as pitting and crevice corrosion. The alloy is particularly resistant to sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid corrosion. Used in chemical processing, pollution control equipment, pipelines for oil and gas wells, nuclear fuel reprocessing, acid production and pickling equipment. It has excellent ability to prevent reducing or oxidizing acids, stress corrosion cracking, and corrosion caused by the use environment, such as pitting and crevice corrosion. The alloy is particularly resistant to sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid corrosion.
